Individual cuts
For those who don't have the storage room for bulk buying, we have our USDA processed beef for retail sale. This meat is processed in a USDA inspected plant, thus allowing us to sell individual packaged beef. This meat is stored in our Health Department licensed Meat Depot on the ranch in King Hill.

We offer our quality Black Angus beef in 1/4, 1/2 or whole on the rail with custom processing. This option allows you to fill your freezer with quality beef while working directly with the butcher on your specific cutting and packaging instructions, allowing you to get the cuts you use.
